Refunds for downloaded products
Refunds are allowed for a limited time period on the purchase price of the product, the time period is within 48 hrs of Paris Time on the sole condition that the Route you have purchased is not correct to the description of the download page and you can show actual proof that is not. After this time claims will not be entertained. thank you for your understanding.
Downloads
Files are available to download for one month after purchase from your account, files can only be downloaded on a pc or laptop.
Currently on woocommerce routes are not possible to download on mobile devices or tablets, thanks for your understanding.
